Principals and Key Personnel

George Whyte - Managing Director

As Managing Director of Calibra Solutions, George Whyte is responsible for the development of overall company and technology strategy and software services. George leads a team of experienced technology, finance and business professionals with solid industry knowledge and expertise. Prior to founding Calibra Solutions, George was a Senior Account Manager specializing in ERP and Business Intelligence solutions. George has also had Caribbean wide experience as a software developer and consultant with extensive knowledge of human resource management solutions. 

Keith McDonald - Director, Services

As Director, Services, Keith McDonald is responsible for the Services portfolio which encompasses both services related our portfolio of product offerings in addition to general consulting services.  Keith has served as CEO of Arnwil Limited, Executive Chairman of the School of Higher Education and CEO of H.E.C.S. Company Limited. Keith is an experienced Logistics professional who has completed several consulting engagements across the Caribbean in Ethics and Acceptable Behaviour, Lifestyle Management Programme, Human Resources Management, Logistics and Supply Chain

Marcus Simms - Director, Marketing

As Director of Marketing at Calibra Solutions, Marcus Simms is responsible for leading Calibra Solutions' corporate and product marketing initiatives with a mandate to increase revenue growth and brand awareness. Prior to Calibra Solutions, Marcus served as a Management Consultant focusing on finance and providing various financial services to client organizations. Prior to this, Marcus performed several marketing roles with a major regional conglomerate. During his previous employment, Marcus also worked in auditing and cost accounting roles with  Pannell Kerr Forster and West Indian Tobacco (now BAT) respectively.
